We're Tom and Catherine, the directors of Sadler Property Solutions. 

Tom started in property over 20 years ago at a builders’ merchant,             developing hands-on construction  expertise now used to source and       refurbish investment properties across South Yorkshire. Catherine brings 20+ years in quality assurance and engineering, pairing detail and compliance with regional insight. Together, they launched Sadler Property Solutions in 2025.

We focus on sourcing off-market and   below-market-value deals, partnering with only a handful of serious           investors so we can stay personal, dedicated, and results-driven.
